Hi! Welcome to my Video Journal. This is not my personal journal - which can be found at keepaofthcheez, nor is it my fanfiction journal - which can be found at fics_by_lindsay. This is, as the name suggests, a journal solely for the distribution of videos created by moi. More specifically, videos featuring Logan Echolls and Veronica Mars from the UPN show Veronica Mars. If you're here looking for schmoopy Duncan/Veronica vids, or Weevil/Veronica vids, or even Logan/Lilly vids, then you're in the wrong place. Because I don't do them - or at least, not regularly.

All of that having been said, there are a few things I'd like to address in order to make your visit here more pleasurable for both you and I.


THE RULES COMMON COURTESY

1. Communication:
+ VERY IMPORTANT: If you download a video, please comment! Even if it's just to say 'I loved it' or 'I hated it.' Making videos can be hard and tedious - videomakers love and sometimes live off of the feedback. Thanks!

2. Requests
I will upon occasion take requests, assuming that they fall into the genre/ship I prefer. (see above) If you'd like to make a request, please go here.

3. Upcoming Projects
If you check the sidebar, you'll see a section labeled Upcoming Projects. Every month or so I'll list the projects I'm currently working on or will soon start, and if you click the LoVe icon (which looks like this: ) then it will take you to the site where I host (for now) my videos. There you can preview the song that will be used in whichever video you're interested in seeing. If it's not to your taste, then you can cross viewing that particular video off of your list. And I will mourn. Heh.

4. Random Video Generator
Also located on the sidebar is the random video generator, which is for you wild and whacky folks who enjoy a good surprise. Just refresh your browser, and get a different video each time. Once again, you can either click on the LoVe icon, or on the song title itself to be taken to the host site.

5. Featured Video
Back on the sidebar. The section labeled Featured Video should be quite easy to understand. Every week, month, however long I decide between updates, I'll post the video which I most want people to check out at that particular point in time. It could be recent, it could be an oldie. Just click on the video banner and be taken directly to the download page. And enjoy!

6. Expired Links
I plan to keep on top of this site, but it's quite possible that I might miss that one of the video links has expired. If you click on a link and it tells you that it's expired, please don't hesitate to drop me a comment or an email to let me know. Mega Upload allows for 30 days of no downloads before expiring links, and hopefully that won't happen, but you never know.


For now, that's everything that I can think of. If you're not already aware of them, there are two wonderful livejournal communities for Veronica Mars fan videos, and they are neptune_video, for general/all VM vids, and love_vids for, you guessed it, Logan/Veronica fanvids. There's also dvvideos if your taste runs more to VD. Hee.

If you have an idea for a video (a song, a theory, something you would just like to see, etc.), but lack the software (time, energy, or whatnot) you can post it here. Keep in mind:

- It takes time to create videos. Please have patience.
- If you have a song you would like used, offering to send it or link it would be very helpful but if not, I can most likely get my hands on it with no problem.

It's not as heavy as you'd think, but if you're more into sappy love songs or fun teeny bopper videos, then you might not appreciate this vid.
